How to make a complaint

We hope that you do not have cause to complain about our services. However, if you do, we will resolve your complaint within 28 days.

Please note that making a complaint is not the same as Lodging an Appeal. See below for more information about Appeals. Please note that we cannot accept complaints by phone for legal reasons.

How to Appeal a Parking Charge Notice
